Christina is one of those rare people that do what they say they are going to do and more. She is great to deal with and helped ease my fears shipping my 2 cars cross country. I would definitely use Uber haul Logistics again.

I booked an order with Stateway Auto to transport my Mercedes Benz E350 from Winston Salem, NC to Santa Clara, CA. They being a typical Broker just contacted Uber to see if they'd transport my car and they agreed. While the original quote was for $900, Uber wanted $950 and because it was already too late for me to ship my car before I move, I agreed to pay an additional $50.
ReplyDeleteMy transport order clearly mentioned that my car will be delivered on April 7th. I rented a car until April 7th but when I called the Cristina she said that he would deliver my car only by April 10th. So I had to pay another $150 towards my rental car for the extra 4 days. Cesar texted and called me on Apr 9 and asked me to come 2 miles away to pick up. When I requested him to come near the hotel and said there was enough space for a 18-wheeler here he got rude - "How many years of car hauling experience do you have?", "Meeting me is your responsibility". I asked for cab expenses since it was raining and I couldn't walk 2 miles across the highway. He refused. I texted and later talked to Cristina again on Apr 9 evening and she was also extremely rude and didn't budge. I got delivery of car on Apr 10 at AMC theatre 2 miles away. Car was dirty & it was raining so I didnt notice some scratches on the hood and roof of my car. I noticed them 2 days later. These types of scratch (on the hood & roof) can only be caused during hauling because there's no way I would've caused them otherwise. I sent before/after pictures of the car to Stateway and asked them to take it up with Uber. But it looks like Cristina still didn't budge. I'm now stuck with damages to my car. Moving my car from NC to CA was such a horrible experience overall. I'd never hire Uber to move my car again ever.
Thank you for some other informative blog. Where else could I get that type of information written in such an ideal means? I have a mission that I’m just now working on, and I have been at the look out for such information.
